1. Can I Use Facebook Retargeting Audiences in my Google Ads Account? Can I use Google Ads Remarketing Audiences for my Facebook Advertising campaigns?
While you can create many of the same website visitor audiences using Facebook Ads and Google Ads, you cannot actually target your Facebook Ads engagement, page like, video view, and other Facebook-specific audiences in your Google AdWords account. In addition, audiences that you create through YouTube cannot be targeted in your Facebook Ads account. You cannot share audiences, but you can create the same audiences using both platforms based on your customer files, people who use your App, or people who visit your website.
2. Can I Exclude/Include People After They Convert On My Website?
Yes, you can create an audience of people who have reached a conversion on your website and either include them or exclude them from your campaign. It's a retargeting best practice to have a strategy for people who have completed a sale or filled out a form on your website.
3. Can I Target People Who Visit Other Websites?
Yes, but only if you are able to place your tracking pixel on the other website. If it is a website that you do not own or you cannot put a tracking pixel on the other website, then you cannot target people who have visited other websites. Remarketing and retargeting are limited to the tracking pixels that tie back into your advertising accounts.
