[Music] The internet allows you to do whatever you want to do as long as you're serving your tribe. The thing is busy is not the same as brave. Someone in this room is going to change everything. Everything. And we're going to say, "Wow, that was extraordinary." I think it's very important for us to think through the words that we're using. They are our currency. They can make you look really smart or they can make you look really stupid. Any point that you connect with your customer, right? Everything light touches his content. So, after 8 years of being all about virtual, all about online, starting as a blog and evolving into a software company. I mean, we're even a virtual company of over 30 people. Um but what we found is that the times when we were able to meet people that this was really giving us some of the more valuable uh interaction. Uh Seth Goden was so inspiring. Authority Intensive is one of the most interesting conferences I've been to in a long time. Definitely a unique blend of 101 to 301 content. Oh, I cannot believe the amazing lineup. It's going to help out a lot of our clients. I tweeted the first night I found my people. One of my favorite parts of this conference compared to other conferences is how well the talks have been curated. I really think it can revolutionize the way we interact with our consumers. I'm going to be here for sure next year as soon as I can get a ticket. Just an awesome, really inspiring group of people and I would highly recommend it whether you're complete beginner or if you're a little further along in your business. I think uh it's an essential part of anyone's year who wants to build an online business. We've gone beyond the why of content marketing and now people are really, you know, I I get it. I know I have to do this and we really need to dive into the how. So, how do you attract the right type of traffic? Because 500 of the right type of people are better than 500,000 of the wrong. Starting as a mindset. It shouldn't ever be something that you tick off your to-do list. It needs to be a part of everything you do. So, pay attention to the little ideas that you get. Your next big thing might be the tiny little thing that is staring you right in the face. Empathy is one of the most powerful things you can bring to the table as an effective content creator. Understanding the interests, the needs, the preferences of those you are trying to reach, engage, and influence. What would make the customer experience better? And look for the technologies that are out there. There's amazing things being developed every single day. And that's what's cool. We can leverage it immediately. So start thinking about those opportunities. How can you create that great customer experience and inject them into that onetoone experience? It really does take a whole team of people to make things happen. And we're hoping to some degree that authority intensive makes that happen. [Music]
