coconut Pete was talking about which is where you pay an annual fee and with Divi you actually when you pay that annual fee get access to all of their themes elegant themes actually has a bunch of themes and you get access to that for as many sites as you want so if you have a whole bunch of websites and you like Divi or the other themes on elegant themes then paying for that annually or even paying they have a lifetime membership where you pay a bunch more upfront and you get access to all their themes on as many websites as you want forever I wouldn't necessarily say that one is better than the others just know what you're getting into before you buy a theme I guess that's my best piece of advice yeah I I'm more excited about Divi the Divis pricing model for us we have a lot a lot of websites and so we paid for the lie time licensed for as many websites as you want they aren't gonna make much on us because who are gonna use it on dozens of websites over the years X theme I also like because it's a one-time being it's done yep and for a new new website owner you know you don't know that you want to invest that much money for a lifetime license and all the different sites when you're just starting your very first one so that works now as far as free themes I think it's great it's not gonna hold back your revenue especially if we're doing a small you know small niche website and you just want it to be pretty simple and passive eventually though there is a definite difference between a premium theme and a free theme you'll feel it and you you can do so much more with a good premium theme I've never seen a free theme that I felt like okay I don't need to buy premium anymore if you're looking for our recommendation on specific themes you can get it at income school com slash themes' the next question comes from Martinez Vande older who said what do you actually think of the ez Azon WordPress plug-in normally you get 24 hours to get a commission with this plugin the duration could be 90 days okay we potentially have a little misunderstanding so I think what you're referring to is this when you link to Amazon there is a way that you can link directly so that it's adding it to their cart instead of just taking them to the sales page and applying your affiliate link and if you do that you get a longer duration for how long it still counts as your affiliate recommendation for their purchase normally it's just 24 hours you know you could they click through there your affiliate link if they buy within 24 hours then you make the the Commission so it's nothing that easy Azon is doing that you just magically get longer commission times you could do this in any way you could just manually build that link but what I would say is I probably wouldn't wreck except in some rare circumstances because if if I'm clicking on a website they recommended a product I click to go find more and all of a sudden it's in my cart I'm immediately gonna remove it from my cart and bounce that's that's not what I expected to happen and it's gonna feel very forward to me and I didn't even get to the page where I get to learn about the product so I'm pretty unlikely to buy it so unless this is a very transactional thing baby wipes or something I probably wouldn't recommend going that route oh just send them to the regular page but if you do want to increase your conversion rate from recommending affiliate products I think it's in the way that you display it instead of just a list of 21 products that solve X Y or Z problem say you know oh I have X Y & Z problem and this helped so much this was the best thing I've found sell it a little bit actually like the product buy the product and then I think you're gonna get a much better computing right my follow-up to that too is in general we don't want a button that says add to cart we don't want our website to feel like the store we want to feel like we're making genuine and helpful
