Why OKR workshop is important?

Why have an OKR workshop at all? Because if your team wasn't part of building the goals, they're not going to own them. Most leaders set OKRs in isolation, present them to the team, and then wonder why there's no buy-in. That's not a people problem. That's a process problem. Bring everyone into the room. Thrash out ideas. Get clear on the single most important problem to solve right now. And come out with one objective. Not three. Not four. One. Two to three hours. Full team. One clear focus. Are you setting goals with your team or at them?
