Elon Musk, the billionaire and serial entrepreneur behind SpaceX, thinks that’s not soon enough, and has the ambitious goal of sending 1 million people to Mars by 2050. This week the craft that may carry humanity to their next great leap took a 15 kilometer jump. The craft in question is Starship, and for the last two years prototypes have slowly taken shape in Boca Chica, Texas. Well, taken shape might be the wrong word; four of them have lost their shape due to exploding. Or imploding.
