um these tools today make it easier to demonstrate. But has someone got whether whether they have have a passion project and they have a uh something open source or not. Maybe it's something they worked on commercially. Maybe it's something they did as a school project. Can they describe it? Can they talk about it? Did they care about it? Did they did they not just need to get it done, but they were really excited about getting it done and and the and the the process of getting it done? Because I think that passion for for getting something technical done, for building and usually it's building something, for building something drives a lot. You know, if if you're passionate about something, you're likely to collaborate with folks a lot better. You you you really want to achieve the outcome. If you're trying to think about, okay, how do you build a cross-disciplinary team, firmware, hardware, support, you know, different software disciplines? If everybody's passionate about about what they're doing and achieving the outcome, it's going to be so much easier than you if you have folks who are dialing it in. Um, I think also we recognize that sometimes people have other things in their lives and they don't have time to do passion projects. So, it could be something at work, but you have to be able to like convey that. Now, that's really hard in a resume. I admit that. And so, you've got to figure out some way of breaking through and showing that passion for what you're doing.
