Posting about everything makes you unmatchable
LinkedIn's new system understands semantic relationships between topics through world knowledge. Tim Jurka confirmed it: exceptional content reaches people who are interested in your topic, even if they don't follow you. Every post has its own path based on topic, format, and timing.
The catch is, if you post about everything, the AI can't build a clear embedding for you and you become unmatchable. Go deep on one professional topic and the system gets extremely good at finding the right audience for you. Look at your last 20 posts. Is there a clear topical pattern, or a random mix of productivity tips, leadership quotes, and industry commentary? Pick your lane and commit to it for 90 days. Give the algorithm something to work with.
