so many of these projects just just go nowhere the use cases um have have no apparent reason and it's just another tick box for an AI driven project now for us it's really key to understand how the Project's progressing putting in place key metrics and kpis to really monitor the project uh being able to understand if we are driving value if the project is on is on time uh in Fall with no errors and obviously understand some of the risks associated with these projects as well this really allows us to keep everybody engaged in terms of where we are where we're going and how we're performing in terms of that Journey now for us again like I say this has proved to be the the most efficient way um and the best way of actually actually ensuring that we deliver tangible projects that see the light of day or being able to Pivot early and move on to something that that potentially can drive more value as well
