First, we cover how to format the card so it looks professional and stays dynamic with data validation dropdowns. Second, we create some key metrics like average score, or attendance percentage with XLOOKUP. Thirdly, we create a breakdown of the grades by subject. Then we go over the strengths and weaknesses for each student, including their attendance with formulas like MAX, LARGE, or XLOOKUP. Fifth, we go over the teacher's comments, including a dynamic paragraph which changes based on the student. Finally, we create an image using the image formula so the profile picture changes depending on the student selected.
