Memeza, a Black women-led triple-BEE organisation, is dedicated to creating supplier diversity and employment equity by sourcing from Black-owned businesses. Their mission extends beyond business into the world of community safety, youth empowerment, and economic inclusion, particularly for Black youth and women. IoT.nxt recently donated Dell Gateways to Memeza to them in scaling up their 24-hour monitoring centre, which safeguards disadvantaged schools. The new resources will enhance operational efficiency, enable the hiring of more staff, and expand their monitoring reach to cover more schools simultaneously. Beyond immediate operations, IoT.nxt’s support strengthens Memeza’s supply chain, fostering deeper collaborations with partners like IoT.nxt to enhance their manufacturing processes and improve community alarm effectiveness.
