Introduction and Deep Dive for Amazon Aurora Serverless v2 - AWS Online Tech Talks

Amazon Aurora Serverless v2 (ASv2) is an on-demand, auto-scaling configuration that automatically adjusts database capacity based on application needs. ASv2 can scale database workloads instantly to hundreds of thousands of transactions in a fraction of a second. ASv2 adjusts capacity in fine-grained increments to provide just the right amount of database resources that the application needs, and customers pay only for the consumed capacity, saving up to 90% in database costs. This session will provide a deep-dive into this new release and show use cases to demonstrate the power of instantly scaling workloads. We will also use this time to do a demo of ASv2 in action.
