How to Quantify Any Resume Bullet

You can be "Responsible for" something on your resume and still be terrible at it. I’m "Responsible for..." getting myself to the gym, but I haven't been in a year! Now, if I told you I went to the gym five days a week for 50 weeks straight, that’s an accomplishment. The same goes for your resume Don’t list what you were responsible for; instead, show what you actually did. 🍊 “Responsible for managing projects” ❌ Boring and vague 🍊 “Delivered 12 projects on time and under budget” ✅ Clear accomplishment Even if you think your job isn’t measurable, you can always find a way to quantify it.
