How to Disable WordPress Admin Bar for All Users Except Administrators

You should scroll down and in the options, there will be the Toolbar option to show the toolbar when viewing the site and uncheck it. To limit the admin bar based on user role, you would want to install and activate the Hide Admin Bar Based on User Roles plugin. Under Settings, Hide Admin Bar Settings you can check the box next to the role where you would like to hide the admin bar.
