Amazon Global Engineering Services partnered with AWS to build IORA (Internet Operations Readiness Assistance), an AI-powered verification system using Amazon Nova Pro. Workers now photograph equipment instead of manually checking it. IORA identifies each item and confirms deployment status in 5–10 seconds — down from 2 minutes per module. The results: a 60% reduction in Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) time and $6 million in annual savings across 150+ fulfillment centers worldwide.
