First-Year Look Back

Okay, there's one more thing for you, D. Sounds good. Stay right there. Okay. Oh, I was hoping this was going to play. I've been waiting to see this video. Like I >> [music] >> I still remember that day. When you were packing, what was the thing that you had to bring with you that you must have? >> So, it's definitely have to be my shoes. [music] I have a pretty heavy shoe collection. Upstate New York weather, it it changes all the time, so you never know if you're going to get a really hot day, really cold day, windy, rainy. So, I might as well just bring the whole wardrobe. Fits important. Yes, exactly. I definitely still have a bunch of shoes, not as much, but I've I definitely switched the shoes out for [music] uh suits now that I'm like more academically and like work career stuff. [music] Um always got the colorful suits still going on. That's never going to change about me. I I think this is something like I really uh appreciate about seeing this. It's like, yes, I've changed in so many ways, [music] but I think I've always tried stayed true to myself. The only thing um there's a page SU fits. I still technically haven't been on there in the four years. So, hopefully in the last 2 months I can just sneak on there. I think this university has really [music] been a home for me um and giving me life that I never thought I would have as a young [music] boy and like 6 years old. I remember I always wanted to be orange and now that I'm I am orange, it's just it's just so real. So.
