what I've come to realize is in doing the right thing you actually earn more money often times when we talk about diversity is based on race when I have conversations around disabilities that could be visual impairment it could be audio impairment the more intentional they become to be inclusive there's abundance of new opportunities that come with that we're all going to have a disability at some point we're all going to get older I really wanted to serve not only young adults like my daughter who needed audio to understand real estate listings but if you're going to serve one disability set you have to serve all you have to serve those with visual disabilities hearing disabilities neurodiversity and imagine if English is not a strong language for you
