Claude Cowork setup: the only 2 files you need

Cowork Toolkit: https://coworkacademy.ai/toolkit?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=shortform&utm_campaign=ig059 Your entire #ClaudeCowork setup starts with two plain text files. CLAUDE.md is the instruction manual Cowork reads at the start of every session. Mine has a routing map that automatically loads my travel workstation when I start planning a trip, my email workstation when I'm drafting replies. Every working mode gets its own instructions without me having to repeat anything. MEMORY.md stores your active projects and key decisions between sessions. When I planned a trip to Taiwan, Cowork pulled up the specific visa application I needed because it remembered I had to fill one out last time. Two files. That's the whole foundation. Follow for more practical #AI tips. #Claude
