Let me show you how Copilot can help analyze raw data in Excel. [music] I've been tracking my workouts including things like workout type, duration, and dates and I want to understand the patterns and areas for improvement. To start, I'll ask Copilot for a baseline [music] analysis of my current routine with a prompt like, "Clean up and analyze my workout data, give me insights on my routine, [music] and include charts to visualize any trends and key takeaways." Copilot quickly breaks everything down so it's easy to understand and calls [music] out key observations. Now, let's take this a step further. I'm going on a hiking trip soon that includes some long, challenging [music] trails. I want to see how well I'm preparing for that currently and if there's anything I should adjust, so I'll ask, "Based on this workout data, identify gaps in my routine if I'm preparing for a hiking trip with long distances and elevation. Suggest areas I can improve." Copilot highlights what's working [music] and where I could shift my routine with ideas like adding more leg strength or longer workouts to help build endurance. Let's take these suggestions and turn them into an actionable [music] plan. I can just ask, "In a new tab, create an updated weekly workout plan in a table format based on these new suggestions. Include a column to track completions and a summary section that updates total workouts done and highlights activities missed." And Copilot builds out a structured plan directly in my worksheet so I have something I can actually follow. Now, you can take your data and actually use it to make [music] smarter decisions. Follow along for more ways to get the most out of Copilot.
