𝐔𝐬𝐞 𝟑𝟎% 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝!

digital transformation is not about technology we heard this phrase multiple times but then what it is I find out that first of all it is mindset then process and finally technology so if I have to deal with mindset first then I need to understand what actually a mindset and when I try to find out the answer answer I look at Psychology and what I find out is that it's all about how I perceive the world and take actions that's the key perspective and then I try to find out the answer about digital mindset and I must say this book the digital mindset by Leonardi and Neely is the great book where it talks about how do we understand the digital aspect and according to them when you talk about about a digital mindset it's all about how we see the digital Technologies and utilize them in our organization that is the shortest way I can explain you but when I look at this book and then I did more than 10 different trainings on building a digital culture designing a digital transformation path and more importantly cultivating a digital mindset what I find out is that lot of people people when they understand new technologies when they understand new things some of them got very excited but then the next moment they talk to you that Assad I can learn new things I can talk about AI or generative AI or iot but you know my company will not implement it and then they don't invest time into it and then there are people who sees that you know it's all about fluff and uh people are talking about things which are not going to matter I have seen multiple situations where there are lot of shiny things come never happen in fact in one of a scenario one of my team member went to Market artificial intelligence and somebody a senior official says that you know why would I be worried about artificial intelligence when it is artificial so you see these are the mindsets that we have have to fight but before this we need to fight for ourselves we need to see how we are identifying the opportunities by utilizing these new technologies and another important aspect that this book gave me is 30% Rule and you know for the sake of perspective uh there are 12,000 words that you need to remember and use when you want to say that I am proficient in English English language but if somehow you can remember and use 3,000 to 4,000 words then you are good to go so same 30% formula is applicable for your growth it's not about learning the every new language practicing every tool going for every single digital technology it's about understanding the big picture understanding that how this tool is going to improve my current business my current job and how I can use it for my organization so that 30% is more than enough to go and move forward so I would recommend you to take your first step and understand that how you are going to build your mindset how you are going to build your digital mindset so you can read this book or you can join my first course in digital transformation Journey where I will talk about the specifics that how you can cultivate and build a digital mindset and use data to find Opportunities and more importantly when you have lot of lot of information the key skill is synthesize how you get the right value like I just synthesize you you the whole book in this video so if you want to practice with me learn with me and shorten your overall time of reading a book and extracting then see you join you in my coming course thank you
