How much are SWEs expected to know about DevOps?

How much knowledge should your standard full stack engineer be expected to have about relevant DevOps principles? I know devops is a lot of things, but I'm talking about the SWE adjacent things like CI/CD, Dockerfiles, version control, architecture, IaC, etc? Should SWEs have workable knowledge to resolve CVEs on their own? Investigate or even fix a CI/CD error? Not make these systems from scratch, but be able to maintain them? <!-- SC_ON
