For anyone whose own Product fits this description, what level of Documentation do you now produce, for what audience and in what form? I struggle somewhat with the idea that anyone would: a.) buy software without knowing what they are getting. b.) be able to support customers without creating (for on-boarding) info around what it does and where the known is
