Cyber range Windows licensing

I plan to create cyber range and provide cybersecurity students access for free and later partly monetize it .. What bothers me is the windows licensing part.. Is there anyone who can recommend what would be the best/budget way... temp/trial licensing, buying license per vm, data center licensing for server os or kms/mac/volume licensing option...? submitted by /u/Wo
