Consistency in Coding

Hello I am 25M, Started preparing programming in leetcode Currently facing consistency in daily practice because of office work. The problem is the consistency is missing when there is a breaks in between. Example: Past one week Assignment deadlines and interview was scheduled (I need to act according to that) So I missed my daily progress like Solving problem of the day, Solving coding problems and some subject topics in Mtech
