About the Role
We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead delivery of an enterprise ServiceNow program. This is a program and delivery leadership role, not hands-on development — you'll coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, operations, and delivery to keep a high-visibility, enterprise-scale ServiceNow initiative on track. ServiceNow platform familiarity matters here, but your core value is program rigor: planning, stakeholder alignment, and risk management at scale.
What You'll Do
Own program-level planning and coordination for enterprise ServiceNow initiatives Align stakeholders across IT, operations, and delivery teams throughout the program lifecycle Track milestones, risks, and dependencies, proactively surfacing and resolving blockers Support and inform implementation decisions in collaboration with hands-on ServiceNow development teams Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, including status updates and progress reporting Facilitate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and planning sessions Identify opportunities for process improvement across the program What You Bring Proven
experience
as a Technical Program Manager or Delivery Lead on enterprise-scale technology programs Working familiarity with the ServiceNow platform (competent-level understanding, not hands-on development) Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
Experience
tracking and managing program risk, milestones, and dependencies at an enterprise scale Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details for business stakeholders Comfort operating in a high-visibility, enterprise program environment Nice to Have PMP or other project/program management certification
Experience
